Policy Information

30 Day Free Trial Period

Users will be allowed a 30 day free trial period for the Basic and Plus packages. The user will not be billed until day 31, unless the services are cancelled by day 31. It is up to the user to cancel their account within this time period to avoid being charged for Mover Wallet services.

If the user has selected the Accounting Services, they will be billed for this service at the time of purchase as it is a one time annual fee.

Payment Terms Agreement

By clicking “I Agree” you are agreeing to pay for one year of the Mover Wallet services that you have selected.

Levels of Services

Basic - customer will provide credit card payment information at time of creating their new Mover Wallet account but will not be charged for 30 days. On day 31 after creating the account the credit card will be charged the first monthly fee of $20.00, and billed on the same day each month from that time forward. This package will provide the user with access to the Mover Wallet online platform so the user can add expenses and revenue in order to utilize the online/ mobile application tools. The user will also be able to export their information out of Mover Wallet to an Excel or PDF file.

Plus - customer will provide credit card payment information at time of creating their new Mover Wallet account but will not be charged for 30 days. On day 31 after creating the account the credit card will be charged the first monthly fee of $65.00, and billed on the same day each month from that time forward. Services included for these fees include: enter and track expenses, enter and track revenue, sort expenses by category for easy review, expense/revenue charting, expense/ revenue tracking by job, expense/ revenue tracking by month, entering of monthly personal expenses, professional mover business consulting, profit optimization consulting, and general mover career consulting. The user will also be able to export their information out of Mover Wallet to an Excel or PDF file.

Accounting Services - customer can select to add accounting services to a monthly package, or purchase the accounting services only. This is a one time charge at time of creating account of $500.00 and once purchased the user will be instructed to contact the third party accounting firm for further steps. If the customer would like to utilize any additional tax services they will be billed by the accounting firm directly.

Cancellations and Refunds

Customers will need to contact Mover Wallet directly in order to process any cancellations or refunds. The customer is to understand that by purchasing these services they are not eligible to receive funds for services previously rendered, including but not limited to costs associated with business consultation and tax service fees.
